Sometimes the biggest stars in Hollywood act as though there really aren’t many people left to date inside their exclusive bubbles. Alex Rodriguez has definitely made it clear that he’s keeping tabs on his ex-Jennifer Lopez and her rekindled relationship with her ex Ben Affleck.
That’s because he was spotted hanging out with one of Ben’s other exes, Lindsay Shookus. Talk about an ex-tra ordinary situation. Here’s what you need to know.
According to reports, Alex was spotted partying with Lindsay Shookus, who dated Ben Affleck from 2017 to 2019. A video is making the rounds of Alex seated right behind Lindsay in what Page Six calls an intimate backyard gathering in the Hamptons as Josh Beckerman, known as the “Foodie Magician,” performs a magic routine for the “Saturday Night Live” producer’s guests.

And while a lot of people can’t help but wonder what this means – and especially for Alex, who clearly wants to send a message out to Jennifer – sources say that he’s just friends with Lindsay and nothing more.
“There is absolutely zero there,” a rep said, adding, “They’ve been friends for 15 years.”
Meanwhile, Jen and Ben aren’t paying much attention to what is going on outside of their bubble. According to reports, Ben was photographed with Jennifer, her kids, and her family for dinner at Nobu in Malibu on Sunday night.
Ben’s kids were nowhere to be seen but that didn’t seem to matter as Ben was photographed spending time getting to know both Max And Emme. Benhas three of his own children – Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel – with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
“They enjoyed a Sunday family dinner together,” a Nobu source told People Magazine of the “small birthday celebration,” where “everyone seemed great and had fun.”
The tipster also added that “Jen and Ben sat next to each other and were very affectionate. They held hands under the table.”
