It looks like both Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez might have a case of the exes. Following Jen’s much-talked about reunion with her former fiancé Ben Affleck, it looks like her other ex A. Rod has taken a page out of her book and is spending a lot of time with one if his exes, too. Here’s what you need to know.
Clearly, Alex is keeping tabs on his ex Jennifer Lopez as he seems to be following in her footsteps. Right after Jen and ben were spotted hanging out and sharing sloppy kisses at a gym in Miami, Alex took to his Instagram account to let the world know that he’s been hanging out with his ex and the mother of his two children, Cynthia Scurtis. In fact, the two completed a 54-day fitness challenge.

“Cynthia is a world class mommy to our girls … wrapping ice though?!?!?! LOL,” the former Yankee captioned an Instagram Story photo of Scurtis wrapping his leg. Reports say that Alex’s workout program at Miami’s 54D in Coral Gables costs a whopping $4,000. But by the looks of things, it seems to be worth it.
“The real transformation happens in your heart, in your soul, and in your spirit,” A-Rod summarized his experience on Instagram this weekend before adding: “I hurt my left calf. My right shoulder. My left rib cage. … Before this program, I was starting to think I am getting old. Now, I know I’m there already.”
Even though things seem to be working out very well for them right now, there was some bad blood between Alex and Cynthia in the past. She cited allegations of infidelity when she filed for divorce, claiming their relationship was “irretrievably broken because of the husband’s extramarital affairs and other marital misconduct.”
