Teddi Mellencamp will make a shocking return to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after barely just leaving.

The star, who had made waves since she joined in the 8th season, would go on to leave two years later. While she wanted to look ahead to future projects, it seems Teddi has a soft spot for the show. But before fans get themselves into a frenzy, Teddi will only be making cameo appearances. That has not stopped fans, and fellow housewives, from getting excited though.
During an interview with Us Weekly, Teddi’s friend Kyle Richards confirmed the news. She said: “Yes, well obviously [she is returning].” Kyle and Teddi do have a long friendship together. The former admitted it took a lot of persuasion to get Teddi back on the set. But Kyle, being who she is, was able to get it over the line.
This was also helped because of Kyle and Teddi’s collaborations outside of the show. She has appeared on Teddi’s podcast entitled, ‘Teddi Tea podcast.‘ So when Kyle asked to return the favour, Teddi had no hesitation. Just as they are close when it comes to work-related matters, the same can be said over their personal lives.
In the picture here, we can see Teddi and Kyle smiling next to each other. There is clearly no love lost between them. And yet, the decision for Teddi to come back was still a brave one. When she departed, there were some bittersweet moments about the manner in which it happened.
Rather than the producers communicating outright their intentions to let Teddi go, she found out that her contract was simply not going to be renewed. And given that she had been a popular figure on the show, it did feel like a moment of betrayal. She made sure her fans knew that.
In a prior interview, Teddi remarked: “There’s going to be that pain because it felt like a rejection…But in the end…I have to be straightforward with the people in my life with what happened.” It is great to see Teddi making a comeback, and fans will be dying to see how she gets on.
