Real Housewives cast member, Erika Jayne is having enough trouble with her legal woes and the divorce that she is going through with Tom Giradi. She is tackling all of this and on top of that, it looks as if she has gotten a lot of death threats from social media users. She is tired of it all and wants to find some kind of relief from these users because she has enough going on with her legal issues right now.
Amongst all of her legal woes, Erika reached out to her fans and asked them to stop sending her death threats. She posted some screenshots of the messages that she is receiving and her fans were shocked to see that someone would actually send these to someone they don’t even know.

One read, “REVEALED: RHOBH’s Erika Jayne spent $25M from estranged husband’s law firs on her glam squad, PR firms, a dance agency and $14M Amex purchases.” In reply to this, one Instagram user wrote to her, “Needs to be executed.” That is when Erika wrote, “So you’re trying to kill me now? Please stop threatening my life.”
As soon as her fans thought that things were looking bleak, her publicist, Jack Ketsoyan, replied back to the picture. He wrote, “They got no balls to say that to your face. Ugly haters hiding behind computers. Karma will get you.” Then he added six middle finger emojis to his comment. This had a lot of her fans liking and commenting back about how great he was for having her back like that!
The comments just kept coming though. After the first picture, Erika then received another, probably from the same user, and it was a message that said, “Feeling scared yet? The further the season gets, the more you should be worried about being in public… talk about a marked woman.” These comments made Erika and her fans very uncomfortable and she isn’t sure why someone would ever talk to another person like this.
Erika filed for a divorce from Tom back in November of 2020. They were married for 20 years and she told her fans that this divorce isn’t something that came easy for either of them and she wants fans to know that a lot of thinking went into it.
