Prince William Thinks Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Act Like Prima-Donnas – British Royal Family

British Royal Family News says that Prince William thinks Prince Harry and Meghan Markle acted like prima-donnas during the birth of their son, Archie. That’s because the couple waited until well after Archie was born before releasing a statement that suggested the Duchess of Sussex was in labor.

Apparently, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex did this because they wanted to protect their privacy and arrive home safely, however, Prince William was reportedly disappointed at the couple for their “prima donna maneuvers.”

Royal author and expert Robert Lacey recently weighed in on the matter, telling Fox News that Prince William was certainly none too pleased with Harry and Meghan’s behavior.

“At that stage, it was difficult for Meghan and Harry to conceal the birth of their son because they were still on the payroll of the British monarchy,” Lacey explained.

“We have a tradition here in Britain that royal babies should be seen and enjoyed by the public. But instead, Meghan and Harry chose to follow their own rules and have their baby in private. It is understood that William felt they should have gone through the motions of showing the baby to the public as members of the royal family.”

When it came for Prince William and Kate Middleton to finally meet little baby Archie, the Duke of Cambridge managed to act as tactful as possible, despite the animosity between him and Prince Harry.

Sources say that William and Kate waited for Harry and Meghan to return from Oxford before hearing to meet Archie. Unfortunately, the couple’s three children were not with them.

“A lot of people have told me William has a temper,” said Lacey. “He has taken comfort in the fact that his future destiny is to be king. That’s what has kept him going. Duty comes before all.”
