Perhaps not, but there’s a new report that suggests Prince William is feeling rather regretful about the conversation that he had with Prince Harry that had ignited the long-standing feud between them. At least, that’s what one royal expert believes. Here’s what you need to know.
According to reports, things went south pretty fast for William and Harry after the Duke of Cambridge suggested to his younger brother that he was perhaps moving a little too fast in his relationship with Meghan Markle back in 2016.
Things haven’t been the same since then for the two royal brothers, who were once very close in their relationship. Now royal author and expert Katie Nicholl believes that if Prince William could turn back time, he certainly would as he misses having his brother Harry in his life.

That, and there’s no denying that Prince Harry would have ended up doing what he wanted to do, regardless of what Prince William had to say about it.
Nicholl told Daily Express.co.uk in an interview, “William probably does have a major regret over the conversation that he had with his brother around the time of the engagement. When William sat down with Harry and urged him just to take his time. Not to rush into anything – what was intended as well-meant, brotherly advice didn’t go down with Harry at all.”
She added, “Harry felt he didn’t have his brother’s support. And, that really was the beginning of the breakdown of what was up until then, an unbreakable brotherly bond.”
