That doesn’t seem to be the case as sources now say the Duke of Cambridge has not spoken to his brother in quite some time and that he had no heads up about Harry and Meghan Markle’s interview with Oprah Winfrey, which is scheduled to air on Sunday, March 7th. Here’s what you need to know.
British Royal Family News: Prince William Is Not Responding To Prince Harry’s Texts
Prince William and Prince Harry are going back and forth so much with their bickering that fans either can’t keep up with it or are totally over it at this point. According to the Daily Mail, insiders say that Prince William was left in the dark about the Oprah interview and is quite concerned over what the Duchess of Sussex might say, especially since “nothing was off-limits” during the interview.
One tipster told the site, “Harry and William have not spoken for some time, and Meghan speaking about their relationship or relationships with the Royal Family to Oprah will not help matters.
Things are still bad between them, although both want to repair that brotherly bond. William does not know what she has told Oprah, none of the Royal Family do. They will find out at the same time as everyone else, although I doubt they’ll watch it.”
And while there are some people who can’t wait to tune in for the interview, others are already criticizing it. Royal biographer Hugo Vickers said: “I imagine the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will just have one long whinge to Oprah Winfrey. It’s all about their self-promotion.”
