British Royal News says that Prince William is making it no secret that he’s tired and irritated of all the mudslinging that is coming from a certain mansion in Montecito these days. After Netflix dropped their teaser trailer for the Sussexes’ new docuseries Harry and Meghan, the Prince of Wales has been telling people behind closed doors that his brother and sister-in-law are acting like new royal Kardashians – and that’s not a compliment, either. Here’s what you need to know.
According to The Times, the Prince of Wales supposedly believes that Harry and Meghan purposely dropped their trailer for their Netflix series during the same time that he and Kate Middleton were touring Boston. Apparently, the Sussexes wanted to steal William and Kate’s thunder and to a certain extent, it worked.

And now William is reportedly telling his staffers behind the scenes that he won’t let this kind of pettiness bother him and that Harry and Meghan are acting like two spoiled reality television stars who desperately need attention.
One source said, “The Sussexes had been nicknamed the Kardashians because they want all the attention they can possibly get. They are two people who are accepting awards for themselves, talking about themselves, doing programmes about themselves. [William and Kate are] active members of the royal family who have a job to shine a spotlight on other people, give awards to other people. That’s the contrast.”
Many critics commented on the matter with, “The British Royal family are the original Kardashians. Nothing william and kate do isn’t without a camera there filming it. To pretend they are on some higher level is a joke. Especially when you have the Earthshot winners staying at home and the hosts hanging out with celebrities,” along with, “Couldn’t agree more! Also, how often do we see these staged out and about photos and reports of Kate shopping, the Cambridge family out for pub lunch, etc. compared to the Sussexes? The Sussexes aren’t putting their kids into the news cycle at all, Meghan is RARELY reported/spotted out shopping…seems like she’s much better able to keep her private life on lock that her in-laws are.”
