Prince Andrew Wants To Visit Princess Beatrice At The Hospital Despite Lawsuit
“Prince Andrew obviously hasn’t wanted to leave Balmoral when lawyers are still trying to serve the lawsuit papers but his daughter comes first and he will want to be there for her,” the insider told the outlet, adding, “He could end up staying on the estate and waiting for Beatrice to come to him once she’s given birth. But I’m sure he will want to go to her.”
Virginia has filed a civil case against Prince Andrew under New York’s Child Victims Act. The Duke of York has been slapped with a lawsuit by former alleged sex trafficking victim Viriginia, who claims that she was sexually assaulted by the prince when she was still a minor. Because of the lawsuit, this might be the reason why so many people believe Prince Andrew has gone into hiding, and in an attempt to avoid being served legal papers.
Virginia has repeatedly made her allegations against dead but also disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and Prince Andrew, but the lawsuit was the first time she has directly confronted Andrew in such a formal setting. In a statement, Virginia said she was “holding Prince Andrew accountable for what he did to me.”
And now sources say that Prince Andrew’s legal time is contesting the court’s decision, as they have been given a week to challenge the High Court’s decision to notify Andrew about the US civil sex case against him. Lawyers for Virginia have responded to Andrew’s legal team by saying it’s “not a game of hide and seek behind palace walls.
