Randy Andy simply couldn’t keep his cool. There’s a new report that says Prince Andrew got pissed over damaged trees and apparently lashed out at a female gardener at Windsor Castle only a few days after he was served with court papers in his sex abuse case.
As many fans know by now, Virignia Giuffre is suing the Duke of York as she claims that she was sex trafficked to him by disgraced but also dead financier Jeffrey Epstein. Here’s what you need to know.
Prince Andrew Got Pissed At A Gardener After Being Served With Court Papers
According to the Sun, Andrew gave the gardener an undeserved tongue lashing that left her both shaken and upset. “Andrew is under a great deal of stress but it’s no reason to take it out on staff doing their job. She had nothing to do with the damage and felt it was unfair. After all, it’s only a few saplings,” a source told the outlet.
That said, Prince Andrew still thinks that he has a chance of beating this lawsuit. His team has suggested that the case be dismissed as the New York court has no jurisdiction over it. So far his team has mounted a vigorous defence of his actions and strongly denied the claims of sexual assault made by Virginia Giuffre. Prince Andrew’s lawyers wrote that he “hereby demands a trial by jury on all causes of action asserted in the Complaint.”
Earlier this month, it was reported that Judge Lewis A Kaplan last week heard arguments over a motion to dismiss the civil sex lawsuit brought against the Queen’s son by Virginia Giuffre. A lawyer for the Duke of York – who has denied all allegations – argued the claim for damages “is unfair, it is unjust, it should be dismissed.”
