First, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal Sarah will get some big news she wasn’t expecting. Excuse the pun! If you saw the weekly, you already know what that news is—she’s pregnant. And Rex is going to just assume he’s the dad.
After all, it’s not like Sarah wasn’t very recently married to another man. There’s every chance the baby could be Xander Cook’s (Paul Telfer). We think that’s part of the reason for that look Sarah has on her face in the promo. This situation is about to get very messy, and we’re here for it.

We doubt she knows about the baby yet, but we expect her concerns to get worse when she does.

Finally, there’s going to be some sad moments in the episode. Teasers say Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn), Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth), Alex, and Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) will say farewell to Sonny. We’re guessing this will likely be one-on-one moments, but we’ll see. Either way, Sonny’s going to be officially out. We’re surprised, actually, that he’s not already gone.
Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) was going to accompany Sonny and Will Horton (Chandler Massey) out of town, and the writers were making it out to look like she was already on her way to New Zealand. If they’re all still in Salem, that’s pretty cold for her not to at least call Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and tell him she’s leaving.
