‘Outdaughtered’ spoilers find that the TLC reality series about the busy Busby family was an instant hit, with viewers tuning in for eight seasons to see solid couple Adam Busby and Danielle Busby bring up their 6 daughters- they youngest five being the only set of all female quintuplets in the USA.
It has been almost a year since we’ve seen the extended family, including fan (and quint) favorite Uncle ‘Doofus’ Dale and curious fans have been inundating both Adam and Danielle’s comments sections on Tik Tok and Instagram, asking if the family will be back on television again anytime soon.
‘Outdaughtered’ Spoilers: Did Adam Busby Confirm the Show’s Cancellation?
This week patriarch, Adam finally responded to a fan…and it doesn’t sound exactly positive.
Though he did not come right out and say the family would not be sharing their lives for a ninth season, he also didn’t give the good news that they would be back.
“We need to make a video about this soon, just to give our fans our thought process and why we haven’t spoken in [sic]this yet,” Adam wrote to a fan asking about the show’s return. “It would be too difficult in text in the comment section. It’s 100% a decision that we made with our kid’s and our family’s best interest at heart. Thank you so much for loving our family!❤️”
Further replies to Adam’s reply all seemed to read between the same lines- eight (seasons) is enough.
Though sad, most sounded very supportive in their comments, wishing the family, especially Danielle with her health concerns, well. As one ‘Outdaughtered’ viewer pointed out, fans will still be able to keep up wit the family thanks to Adam, Danielle’s and Uncle Dale’s very active social media accounts, along with the Busby family’s YouTube channel.
