It was a question mark whether or not the NFL would even be having a regular season this year with COVID-19, and after the pre-season was canceled, we still had questions. Thankfully, we’re back in football and there’s been a lot of exciting storylines going on. Russell Wilson on track for his first MVP? Tom Brady to bring Tampa Bay back to relevancy? Or how about all these young quarterbacks? Justin Herbert stepped in and had a huge week with over 300 yards passing.
Though tonight we’ll have a rising star in his own right on Thursday Night Football. Gardner Minshew looks to shine in his second year after being drafted in the sixth round last year. The rookie came out after an injury last year and dazzled the league with his abilities, thus, Minshew Mania was born.

NFL News: Is Jacksonville Jaguars’ Gardner Minshew On His Way To Being A Star?
He came out as the starter this year and opened the season with a win against the Indianapolis Colts, throwing for 3 touchdowns. In week two, he lost in a nail biter against Tennessee but again threw for 3 touchdowns. Unfortunately, it was a duo of interceptions that bogged him down.
He’ll look to bounce back and get a win against the Miami Dolphins, in which Jacksonville is favored by 3. Many are looking forward to seeing this young quarterback in his first full year as a starter and think he is destined to be a big star. It all seems to be there, the ability, skill, attitude, and personality. He has it all.
