Well, we sure didn’t need a study to figure this one out, now did we? There’s a new report that says Prince George is the most popular royal child in the world. And to that, the rest of us say, “duh.” Here’s what you need to know.
A recent study suggests Prince William and Kate Middleton’s eldest child Prince George is the world’s most popular child. Apparently, Design Bundles conducted the study to find out who had the most Instagram hashtags. The firm also calculated the global Google searches for 19 royal children from around the world.
New Study Says Prince George Is The Most Popular Royal Child In The World
Prince George came out on top with 200,000 Google searches per month with his little sister Princess Charlotte coming in second with 148,000 searches. Prince Louis was third on the list. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s son Archie came in fourth while his little sister Lilibet Diana came in fifth.
Meanwhile, Meghan Markle is still the most influential royal in the world. In a separate survey confused by Design Bundles, the Duchess of Sussex came out on top with 7.4 million searches on Google, 10.4million Instagram hashtags and 11,200 articles written about her.
Unfortunately, Queen Elizabeth came out in second, while Kate Middleton followed in third. Meghan’s husband Prince Harry was fourth while his late mother Princess Diana rounded up the top five.
Popularity must be the Duchess of Sussex’s thing. This shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone as Meghan Markle was also voted as having the most popular wedding dress of the decade, according to a survey conducted by gifting specialists Find Me A Gift. That’s because Meghan’s dress was the most searched for wedding dress of the last ten years, with over 21,900 searches after her wedding to Prince Harry back in 2018.
