Netflix’s ‘Young Royals’ is a new series coming starring Edvin Ryding as Prince Wilhelm, who after an incident will have to go to a new prestigious boarding school, Hillerska, where he will be away from his family and discover what kind of life he really wants to have.
The official teaser was released today and was uploaded with the following description,
“When Prince Wilhelm arrives at the prestigious boarding school Hillerska he finally gets an opportunity to explore his true self and find out what kind of life he really wants. Prince Wilhelm adjusts to life at his prestigious new boarding school, Hillerska, but following his heart proves more challenging than anticipated.”

Viewers commented on the teaser, “I want a normal life” goes to boarding school with rich kids”, “A series about a sexual confused prince who wants to be normal so he enrolls into a boarding school for the rich to get pegged and betrayed”, “Finally I’ve been wanting another fictional series about royals since The Royals”, “I love nordic shows, and this seems like exactly what I will need come July 1st!”, “I love watching rich people pretend they want to be normal” and “Royals want normal life Normal people wants to live like a royals It’s just getting crazy.”
It looks like the teaser is getting some mixed responses and it’s easy to see why. It feels like we’ve already seen this series three different times, three different ways. At any rate, if you’re interested in watching it, it will be released in July.
