Netflix’s ‘The Trial of Chicago 7’ tells the story of a protest at the 1968 Democratic National Convention that turned into a fight with police and the Nation Guard. The organizers were charged with conspiracy to incite a riot and what followed was one of the most notorious trials in history.
To remember the anniversary of this event, the film will be available for free on Netflix and Youtube Friday, Feb. 19th @ 12am PST – Saturday, Feb 20th @ 11:59pm PST. Take a look at the special video below that was uploaded with the following description,

Writer/Director Aaron Sorkin along with cast members tell the story of the trial and what the film meant to them as they explain that it will be free for viewers to watch this weekend.
