Netflix’s popular mind-bending show, ‘Dark’ is coming back for a third season! Finally, we have a release date as well. Today, Netflix’s official YouTube channel released their date announcement trailer for ‘Dark’ season three and we’re losing our minds.
If you thought the first two seasons warped your brain, it looks like we’re in for even more things to figure out for season three! In the short trailer, it gives nothing away and instead implants more questions into our heads, which is the way it should be! Trailers shouldn’t give the whole season away, but rather pique our interest even more. ‘Dark’ has done just this.

“A family saga with a supernatural twist, set in a German town, where the disappearance of two young children exposes the relationships among four families.”

Comments on the video from fans were all over the place, a mixture of confusion and excitement. One comment read, “This is one of the rarest show whose ending one can’t decide, we have no idea how’ll this show end..”, while another wrote, “DARK is the best time traveling related show I’ve ever seen. Every time you rewatch there’s some minute mindblowing detail you’ve missed before”. Perhaps most interesting was one fan theory, “This full series is looped I guess S3 will end where S1 started And there’s a mirror world which has always been shown in the Openings.”
Could ‘Dark’ time loop back to it’s starting place? With this being the last season, anything is possible but we’ll have to wait and check out season three next month to see where it goes!
