Netflix’s ‘Cobra Kai’ has left a lot of questions for season three, and while we’ve gotten tidbits from the actors, such as Billy Zabka (Johnny) telling us there will be a bit of a time jump, we still don’t have a clear idea of where it’s headed.
Luckily, the YouTube channel ‘Cobra Kai Theory’ dived into one possibility, that Daniel will take Johnny to Okinawa in season three. Take a look at the video below and see what you think.
“We know Daniel will go to Okinawa in season 3, and that he’ll most likely team up and learn from Chozen about Miyagi and the very mysterious things about him that Daniel and we as the audience, never knew about. While that’s all interesting, I’m here to give my thoughts on a theory I have seen people talk about on reddit, and in my comment section…the theory is that maybe Daniel will take Johnny with him to Okinawa. While I don’t think this is going to happen at all, I’d like to play a little devil’s advocate and discuss how it could happen, as well as how it could not. It’s definitely a cool theory and it makes you think.”

This is one possibility, though it seems unlikely. I do think that Johnny will create his own style of karate, however, and it will be a mix of what he learned from Cobra Kai and something similar to Miyagi-do that Daniel learned and teaches now.
