Netflix’s ‘Alice in Borderland’ is coming this year and a lot of fans are anxiously awaiting the release! The series is based on a popular Manga and while I’m not personally familiar with it, the trailer alone makes me interested.
The series follows a group of people who are thrown into a mysterious world and must take on games in order to survive. Sounds interesting yet? From the trailer, we not only see beautiful cinematography but an interesting story. Take a look at the official teaser below that was uploaded with the following description,
“Kento Yamazaki and Tao Tsuchiya star in this new series directed by Shinsuke Sato. Suddenly thrown into a mysterious world, they must take on games in order to survive. Netflix Original Series Alice in Borderland premieres December 10, only on Netflix.”

Fans began sounding off in the comments and were both surprised and excited that this popular manga was getting a Netflix adaptation, “Thanks Netflix for acknowledging one of the most underrated thriller manga and making a series out of it! Hopefully they add new contents to add more excitement for manga readers ???”, “Looks to be promising. Though many people don’t like the Live Action treatment of anime and manga, I have seen enough to know that it could work really well. This seems like it might be one of those times. Here’s hoping for the best.”, “OMG I was not expecting this to ever get a live action, considering it only got an OVA for an anime (I think). I’m so hyped!!!”, and “My favorite manga and I didn’t even know this was happening lol”.
