NBC ‘Days Of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) proved one thing for sure today, that no matter how old they get, brothers never outgrow that one urge, and that is to prevent their sisters from getting any at all. Steve “Patch” Johnson (Stephen Nichols) was busy rekindling his romance with Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) when Roman came knocking on the door.
They even tried to ignore him and from the other side of the door he said “I know your trying to ignore me!” Wow, Roman, talk about proving your immaturity man! That was just… wow. I think I’ve seen more discretion from middle-schoolers.

Patch and Kayla tried politely to get rid of him but he barged in and started hitting up Patch for a fishing trip. Seriously man, a fishing trip, when Patch is about to cast his line in the lady pond? Are you crazy man?
It was clear to see that Roman was enjoying interrupting his sister’s good time and I think he just kind of milked it for fun right before telling them about Allie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) baby being born. He even tried to get them both to come with him to the hospital.
Okay Roman, we get that you just wanted them to see the baby but honestly? It’s called timing, my dude. And you’re no longer in high school so the big brother antics of trying to prevent your sister from spending time with her boyfriend just for kicks is kind of immature.
Even if they are pretty funny, I never thought I would see the day when a Boomer pulled that move. However, was he just buying time so that he could avoid his inevitable reaction with Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) because those two seemed to be getting pretty comfortable with each other.
Let’s face it, those two have a history together, they were together at one time and viewing their great great Grandson in the nursery together seemed to be a bit of a moment between those two. Roman looked at her rather longingly and Kate seemed rather coy in her demeanor towards him.
Right now they aren’t together, in fact right now they aren’t really dating anyone, it seems so they’re free to get with each other again if they want, there’s no crime in it. In fact they have really good chemistry together and if they did decide to reunite, I for one, would not be mad about it. So will they? Hey if they do maybe Patch and Kayla can come over and interrupt things, what’s good for the goose, yano! Stay tuned!!!
