NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers finds that star Chrishell Stause is having a hard time keeping ‘sane’ these days. The actress, who is best known for her role as Jordan Ridgeway, reached out to her fans with suggestions on how she can pass the time during the mandated coronavirus quarantine in California. Here’s what she has to say.
Sharing a classic video clip of herself as Jordan Ridgeway in a classic ‘Days of Our Lives’ clip, the stunning actress wrote, “You guys hanging in there? Locked down for at least another month. Share any tips you have of staying sane while staying inside!”

NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Star Chrishell Stause (Jordan Ridgeway) Is Finding It Hard To Stay ‘Sane’
Of course, it didn’t take long for her fans to respond. Quite a few of them updated the actress with their own struggles and challenges right now, while others said they are doing whatever they can to keep the faith during these very trying times that we are all living in.
Some comments included, “I know the feeling. I got laid off at the end of the year and I was told on October 23 so I knew it was coming but I started the year with high hopes and excitement. This week has been really rough,” along with, “I have been cooking. I am refurbishing some furniture, helping my roomie build a garden, Orange Theory workouts, and catching up/watching new shows.”
Another fan put it this way, “There’s a name for what we are all feeling during these days of social distancing and self-quarantine. Information borrowed from a psychiatric stress researcher… Do you want to know why you feel so tired, even though your daily activity load is decreased? It’s a trauma response. Because you can’t fight the virus actively, and because you can’t run away from it, your body is going into “play dead” mode.”
