NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers finds that Sami Brady (Allison Sweeney) never once thought during the time that she was raising children that any one of them would ever get fed up with her trademark Sami Brady ways.
Obviously Will Horton (Chandler Massey), is chill enough to overlook his Mom’s flair for the dramatic and he has a long history of putting up with all things Sami Brady. When he was a child it was when both his parents were in the prime of their life, they had the time and energy to go chasing after a little kid and be getting up to no good at the same time. (This was also back when Lucas was dedicated to being a good Father.)
But it is my theory that something happened around the time Will ‘died’. First off, after that happened Lucas took to drinking heavily and let’s face it he guy still has not fully recovered.
It would seem that during that time Sami, while at one point she tried to be a hero and a good person she ended up doubling down on her lying and scheming ways, even though she had perfectly good reasons to do so, a child’s logic is not an adult’s logic.
So we can see where little Allie got so fed up with her Mom’s dramatic lifestyle.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Allie is sick of the drama
She said she was tired of never knowing what to expect, basically she accused Sami of not providing a stable enough home environment and she said that that was the reason why she did not want Sami involved in her child’s life.
Ouch! I honestly don’t think Sami ever expected her own child to reject her and the ways she was raised as harshly as Allie did. She told her that she was sick of everything always being made to be about Sami and from the way she ruined Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) and brother Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) cake we can kind of see her point.
In an example that only tagently has anything to do with Allie, we see it perfectly. Nicole wanted to save the top of their wedding cake for their first anniversary but now thanks to hurricane Sami she and Eric won’t be getting to do that.
Did Sami have a right to be angry at Allie for not telling her she was pregnant? Arguably. Did she have a right to come in and ruin the Ericole Wedding because of it? No. She made everything about her and her personal drama. So in a way we see just what Allie meant, and we sympathize with her.
Can you imagine Sami Brady having a parent teacher conference? Or going to a PTA meeting? Or having a doctor’s appointment with Sami as your Mom? Yike.
Poor girl, if Sami has turned every little thing into a theatrical mess for her over the years then we can definitely see where she’s fed up. However, the fates in Salem have a certain way of dictating things so how much of a choice is she actually going to get in where this baby ends up? Stay tuned!!!
