NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers reveal the Winter Games are still going strong, so Salem’s still on vacation. However, it looks like the PTB hasn’t been sitting idle. They’re releasing promos to the official YouTube page, teasing what’s to come. We’ve got to say, it’s looking good! Here’s what you need to know.

So, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal the first promo we mentioned here had to do with Belle Black (Martha Madison) and the possible consequences of MarDevil’s (Deidre Hall) reign. This time, Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) is the one breaking the fourth wall, and she wants a little advice.

See, she told viewers about her “a-hole” of an ex coming back after decades, and how he’s claimed he changed. This is mixed with clips of him begging forgiveness. In fact, he even hands her flowers. By her reaction, we’d say she’s not having it. But, she did ask us if she should trust him.

As far as we’re concerned, we think that would be a mistake. He did show he’s still got a bit of a ruthless business side, so we’re not so sure he’s all warm and fuzzy now. In any case, he admitted himself in the promo clip how ashamed he is of what he did and the person he was. That’s a nice thing to say, and maybe he means it.
However, there’s that saying about trust being harder to win back than to lose. And Paulina most definitely had her trust broken by him all those years ago. And given she had to send away her own daughter, that’s a wound that will take way more than flowers and “I’m sorry” to heal.
He needs to be willing to leave both Paulina and Lani Price (Sal Stowers) be for now. As he’s going to be in Salem a while, he also needs to show through his behavior in town (and on set) he’s a better person. However, given Demon Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) is now in control, we wonder how fast TR Coates (William Christian) will go back to his old ways.

Finally, there is a surprise reveal in the video. One of the clips shows a woman approaching Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) at the Salem PD. She mentions TR and calls herself his ex. Could this woman be looking for justice for a wrong he committed? Trying to find him for revenge for said wrong? We’ll see. Either way, it looks like the twists in this story aren’t done yet.
