NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers finds that star Paul Telfer (Xander Cook) might not be back on the set of the hit NBC soap yet because of the coronavirus pandemic, but he is sure looking forward to getting out on the road and meeting all of his longtime and loyal fans. In fact, the actor has two meets and greets scheduled for later this year, with one in Florida called the ‘Samantha’s Friends’ benefit fundraiser in Lakewood, Florida and another one at home in Los Angeles. Here’s what you need to know.
While there’s no doubt that Paul and his daytime television co-stars will be taking all of the proper precautions while also adhering to the social distancing guidelines, he can’t wait to spend time with his fans. “I am looking forward to that, fingers crossed that it will happen. It’s a wonderful charity, and I’ve been told repeatedly by people that have done it in the past that it’s one of the greatest fan experiences. I really hope that goes through,” he said in an interview with the Digital Journal. The event will also see fellow daytime television actors Eric Martsolf (Brady Black), Christopher Sean (Paul Narita), Kyle Lowder (Rex Brady), Jordi Vilasuso (Dario Hernandez), and Stacy Haiduk (Kristen DiMera).

In addition, Paul will also be on hand for Spectrum’s “Dishin’ Days Quintennial” event, which will kick off in October in Los Angeles. What makes this event even more special is that each ticket sold will go towards the Los Angeles LGBT Center. “They have been great, and hopefully, this event will go through as well,” Paul said of the organizers, adding, “That would be fantastic. The ‘Dishin’ Days’ guys have been incredibly supportive to me, and the least I can do is reciprocate some of that support.”
The handsome actor also said that he’s humbled that so many of his daytime television fans have continued to support him over the years. He added, “I am astonished that anybody pays attention to my career and knows who I am. I am very grateful who engages with me in a positive way on social media on Instagram and on Twitter.
