‘Days of Our Lives (DOOL)’ spoilers reveal Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) has caused a lot of drama in her short time on the show so far. Her recent actions might be bad for her right now, but they might be good for someone else. Let’s take a look at how Gwen might replace Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) as the favorite whipping girl.

First, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) has been a bit obsessed with Gabi and how horrible she is. Nothing Gabi does is ever going to be right in her eyes, and her hatred for Gabi might have helped twist Gabi into the person she’s been over our time watching the show so far.
However, she’s now been cleared of something everyone thought she did. Gabi has something to hold over everyone’s heads, and she’s not really doing anything to get people’s attention in a negative way. But we all know Julie can’t go without having someone to hate and spar with. So, we think she found a replacement.

Much like Gabi, Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate Gwen is doing terrible things. However, she has real trauma fueling her behavior. No one except Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) has really given much importance to what happened to Gwen as a child.
After they got caught on the verge of a fight again, she and Abigail Deveraux (Marci Miller) got some quality time at the Salem PD. What was Abigail’s response to Gwen’s story? “If it’s true, it’s awful.” Note the ‘if’.
Plus, Gwen is innocent of murder, much as Gabi was innocent of drugging Abigail. It doesn’t matter that there’s no proof, their previous actions make them guilty on sight. Granted, it’s somewhat understandable, but this is Salem. Name us someone that hasn’t done things that are just as bad, or worse.
Or at least, something bad enough where they shouldn’t be playing high and mighty. We’ll wait. We think Gwen will be in Julie’s crosshairs for a while yet, and we love it. Their fight in the hospital was pure brilliance. But there’s another reason Gabi might be redeemed in Julie’s eyes, if not seen as unworthy of her constant fury.

According to the teasers, Abigail and Gabi are about to team up. We think that’s going to be a fun time, and it makes sense. They have a mutual enemy now—Gwen. Gabi went through a lot of hassle when she was accused of the drugging, so we can see her wanting payback.
And Gwen better watch it. She’s good, but we don’t think she’s at Gabi level right now. Hell, this is a woman who used an app to hold a woman’s life over another’s head. Gwen hasn’t come close. It’s time for her to play with the big girls now.
