NBC ‘Days Of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers finds that Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) turned into a freakin’ schoolboy when he was talking about Sarah Horton (Lindsey Godfrey) to Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford)? Jack was more interested in how he got Allie Horton (Lindsey Arnold) to safety after the bomb went off, but Xander wanted to gush about how Sarah agreed to go to dinner with him.
Seriously, he even raved about how his heroic antics even scored him the dinner! Again, these are moves that I never thought I would see anyone past the age of 15 squeal about, but Xander turned into the quarterback who’d just asked out the prom queen, only with his level of enthusiasm, he sounds more like the computer geek so maybe that’s a more apt comparison for him.

But will Sarah see it that way? The last time we checked, Sarah still felt pretty betrayed by what went on with the whole baby swap debacle and no one can really blame her for that.
Seeing as Xander helped facilitate all of that I’m amazed she’s on speaking terms with him right now but I guess time heals all wounds, but maybe it’s something different that Sarah is after. She smiled a most confusing smile toward the end of today’s episode and I’m sitting here wondering what on earth she’s planning on getting out of Xander, if anything.
Will this thing go anywhere? Are we gearing up for another Xarah romance? Okay sorry that is a weird ship acronym but I don’t think they had one before. Perhaps “Dr. Thug” would be a good one. Get it? Sarah’s a doctor and Xander’s a thug? Hah.
I’ll stop before I hurt myself. Anyway, my predictions is this is going to go as far as the dinner and then Sarah is going to realize just what on earth he’s trying to do and then it’ll turn into a game of slap slap kiss.
I think that for awhile Sarah is going to resist whatever charm Xander has over her and maybe even use it to her advantage but I don’t see them happily getting back together anytime soon. Now, correct me if I’m wrong but Sarah has never really shown any devious tendencies in the past but the woman has been severely burned by Xander so this could just end up being her ultimate revenge.
Nah I don’t think she will drive him out to a cliff and force him to jump at gunpoint but I do think that this may be the beginning of a long, manipulative relationship, and I think Xander’s rose-colored glasses may end up being his undoing. Stay tuned!!!
