NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers say that all Evan Frears (Brock Kelly) wants in his life is love. He couldn’t get that love with Jordan Ridgeway (Chrishell Stause) and Baby David, and that might be why he’s trying to so hard now with Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith). Here’s what you need to know.

The reason why Evan killed his baby mama Jordan was because she was keeping David away from him. He figured that the only way that he could get to his son is if he would eliminate Jordan altogether. And while his plan might have worked for some time there, it’s only gotten him deeper and trouble and also given everyone in Salem as reason not to trust him.

Speaking to Soaps in Depth in a new interview, actor Brock Kelly, who plays Evan Frears on the hit NBC soap, puts it this way, “Evan was at a place in his life where he was at rock bottom. He received a smile from Sonny and then all of a sudden it became an infatuation because he hasn’t felt such warmth or anything like that in a long time.”

With that said, Even seems to be the kind of person who doesn’t take no for an answer. Or at least, he doesn’t understand the definition behind ‘no’ or ‘we are never getting back together again.’ Because in his mind he believes there’s still a chance that he and Sonny can enjoy a loving relationship with one another. Could this be the start of a creepy but also dangerous obsession? Maybe.

Brock adds, “Obviously, for Sonny, it’s over. But Evan thinks that because of all the time they have spent together, he still has a chance.”
