NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) Spoilers reveal star Robert Scott Wilson (Ben Weston) is opening up about an ambition that very few people knew that he had: directing. In fact, the actor says that’s something he would love to pursue in the future. Here’s what he has to say.
Speaking to Soap Opera Digest, the handsome actor puts it this way, “I would love to direct an episode because I’d love to just learn the process, but also give my spin and my take on what I would like to see the shots by and how certain shots should be for certain scenes and certain actors. I would just like to give my point of view through the director’s standpoint. I think that would be really fun.”

With that said, should Robert Scott Wilson consider a new career in directing, he would definitely be in good company. That’s because there have been several daytime television stars who have made the switch, including ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ actress Heather Tom (Katie Logan). As a matter of fact, Heather has crossed over and even directed an episode of ‘The Young and the Restless’ in the past.
While there’s no doubt that ‘Days of Our Lives’ fans would love to continue seeing Robert Scott Wilson in front of the cameras (he’s definitely someone who is easy on the eyes), it would be interesting to see what magic he’d be able to work behind the camera as well. Of course, even soap fans know that anything is possible when it comes to the daytime television world. We will definitely keep our fingers crossed for Robert!
