Buster Murdaugh has filed a police report complaining of some suspicious incidents post trial. He says that both he and his girlfriend, Brooklynn White have been the victim of unwanted picture taking, and that his ring doorbell spotted a strange gray Dodge Challenger parked outside his home. Murdaugh was told by police that they would ramp up patrols in the area and to notify them immediately of any more suspicious activity, according to the report. It doesn’t end there though.
Shortly after the report was filed, Brooklynn White called the police stating that she and Buster were being followed by “the media” in an SUV on Spanish Wells Road in Hilton Head. The vehicle was stopped by a corporal who was on patrol. They pulled over the car, after it was witnessed speeding and making improper lane changes. During the stop it was reported that there seemed to be a camera bag in the passenger’s seat.

If any of you have watched the Netflix documentary “Murdaugh Murders: A Southern Scandal” then you’ll know that as far as the Murdaugh family’s dealings go, no one’s hands were quite clean in that family.
There were the murders that happened in 2021, obviously, but there was also the accident involving Mallory Beach, a boating accident in which Paul Murdaugh was driving. Then there was the strange death of Gloria Satterfield, a housekeeper who allegedly fell off the back porch and hit her head because the Murdaugh dogs made her fall.
Then there was the odd case of Stephen Smith, a classmate who had went to school with Buster who mysteriously wound up dead in the middle of the road one day after having been hit by a car. At first glance it looked like a hit and run and perhaps the driver just didn’t see him, but rumors started swirling that it was Buster and a few of his friends that could have been responsible for his death.
There was also rumors that Buster may have been romantically linked to Stephen and that they wanted to come out to Buster’s family, but as of right now that’s just rumor. If they were indeed romantically linked, what could have possessed Buster to off his alleged lover in such a horrendous way?
Could this be the reason that Buster Murdaugh is being stalked and followed? Is someone out to avenge the death of Stephen Smith? Because that seems to be the only case whose loose ends have not been tied up. Mallory Beach’s family says that they think that justice has been served. According to the Netflix documentary, the Satterfield family will probably get a part of the Murdaugh Estate. But Stephen Smith’s case is still up in the air and nothing has really been done about it… is this someone’s idea of getting justice for Stephen? Stay tuned!!!
