But once Harry decided to press ahead with the project, she offered her full support. One source close to the situation said, “Is this the way she would have approached things? Possibly not. But she will always back him and would never have got involved in promoting such a personal project. This was about his own life, his journey and his own perspective.”

According to reports, Spare has sold 750,000 copies across all formats in the UK, publishers have announced today. Not only is it the Guinness World Record holder as fastest-selling non-fiction book but also the biggest selling memoir ever in its first week of publication.
Many royal fans and critics have commented on the matter with, “It’s actually really well written. Just clear he has had a chip on his shoulder since the beginning about being the spare. And I do think something to be said about the way therapists in America have you overthink and twist aspects of your childhood.
They love to do that,” along with, “There are six copies of it sitting on the shelf at our local Target, discounted. I know of one person who has bought a copy elsewhere but that’s it. Still just because a book sells well doesn’t mean the person telling the story is wise.”
