Lifetime ‘Married at First Sight’ spoilers find that the show has now ended and fans are a little sad to find out that some of their favorite couples didn’t make it through their marriage. One of those couples is Zach Justice and Mindy Shiben and Katie Conrad and Katie Conrad. On the reunion episode, we learned about what happened and then we learned another fun fact, Katie and Zach actually went on a date together after they called it quits with their spouses! That’s right, they both admitted that they had a date!

On Wednesday night’s final episode of Married at First Sight, Zach and Katie were open about what happened on their date. “I got drinks with Zach. I think it was a couple weeks before Christmas kind of just to talk about this whole experience.” Then Zach added, “You know, you only have so many interactions with each other on camera so that was a lot of catching up. So yeah.”

Lifetime ‘Married at First Sight’ Spoilers: Katie Conrad and Zach Justice Go Out
As Katie and Zach were talking about their date, their ex-spouses looked very shocked about the whole thing. Even though Zach and Mindy were done weeks before the final Decision Day, she did seem very confused about why Katie would want to go out with Zach, especially since the women were supposed to be such good friends.
We all thought Katie and Derek were going to try to work things out, but on the reunion show, they told fans that they had called it quits. About two weeks after the show ended, they began to sleep in separate bedrooms and just knew it was over for them. Katie could have been reaching out as a friend to Zach or it could have been romantic. It didn’t seem to be anything more than a drink or two, but we are not sure as of yet.
Fans of the show were sad to see these couples call it quits, but we do hope that they can find love elsewhere and use this time to work on themselves. The next season of Married at First Sight will take place in New Orleans, so that is something to look forward to.
