Kim Kardashian is being SLAMMED for her twisted and creepy Halloween decorations that feature dismembered bodies, skulls, and grotesque displays of terror at her Calabasas mansion.
If there is one thing you can say about Kim Kardashian, she really knows how to make an impression. Many people took to social media to scold her for her outlandish and offensive taste.
People Thought Kim’s Gothic Display Was in Poor Taste
Someone said, “This is so appallingly senseless, not to mention tasteless, given the actual horror occurring in the world right now.”
Of course, they are talking about the war in Israel. Kim may have been executing a misguided attempt of trying to escape reality by putting up these elaborate decorations. Plus, she does have kids who probably love Halloween.
However, she is not winning many points with others. Someone else exclaimed,
“You guys went too far; it’s actually uncomfortable to watch.”
On Kim’s Instagram, she showed off her ghoulishly decorated home. The caption read: Halloween décor 2023. In the video, there were plenty of skeletons and dismembered body parts galore. Fake blood, mummified hands, and all-around dastardly decorations were also a part of the scene.
Another person said,
“Reminds me a lot of what Palestine looks like right now. Tone deaf to what some parts of the world are going through. Money doesn’t buy taste or morals.”
Someone else simply said,
“You are so out of touch with reality.”
“So in theme, Kim, people are literally dying right now.”
The next person who chimed in said,
“Looks just like all of Gaza right now. DO NOT IGNORE PALESTINED SUFFERING.”
The Israeli-Hamas war was top of mind. Also, the recent shooting in Maine in which 18 people lost their lives was mentioned.
Kim Kardashian Was Berated for Her Decorations
One person explained that they could not get into the spirit of Halloween with everything happening in the world lately.
“Can’t stand this family. You know how many people you could feed with the money spent on this?”
So, people were attacking her poor taste and bad timing and giving her hell for spending her money on decorating her house for Halloween.
Another person declared that Kim was bragging about her wealth by putting on this freak show. As much as Kim was bashed for her Halloween display, some people pointed out that it was her money to do with whatever she pleased.
Kim not only decorated her house, but she also created a devilishly fun haunted house in her backyard. Kardashian took a video of the decorations inside and outside her house.
The camera panned over to the many plasters of hands. Kim explained, “These are all my kid’s hands and our friends. We plastered all of our hands.” Kim’s hand had freakishly long nails like a witch, and the chef’s hand had a knife.
Doll heads were seen “cooking” in a pan in the kitchen. There was even a perfectly placed jar of eyeballs on her dining room table. Spiderwebs adorned the inside of the home. The hallways were filled with horrifying creatures.
At the end of the video, Kim simply stated,
“I really went all out this year.”
