On Friday, 17th February, 2023, it was reported that Kim Kardashian’s alleged stalker had broken a temporary restraining order set against him.

According to law enforcement, as per TMZ, Jomonie Victor Zigler made it to close proximity to the Kardashian’s house. He was not able to access her premises, so in response, the 42-year-old Kardashian alerted the police.
The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department then responded and made sure that the incident didn’t escalate by stopping him. Subsequently, Zigler was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor. The restraining order was given against Zigler, who purportedly visited her house more than once, referred to her as his wife, and sent her a diamond ring.
Kim’s attorney Shawn Holley revealed that security personnel had barred 28-year-old Zigler from visiting her residence on multiple occasions, as he had posted offensive comments about her on the internet. As a result, she experienced severe mental anguish.
This is not the first time that Kim has had to go through something like this. Kim was also given a five-year restraining order against Andre Persaud, who claimed he was able to contact her telepathically, according to TMZ.
She explained to the court that she had never even met Persaud, but he had shown up at her house three times, and that she feared it could get out of hand and turn violent. The response on social media was far from sympathetic.
Large numbers of people began to mock the situation, as they questioned why anyone would be interested in KIm in the first place. One person wrote: “Anyone who would want to stalk her is obviously mentally unstable,” while another person stated: “Anyone that stalks her must have no life whatsoever. What a waste of time.”
