Some people just need to get a clue, if not more, right? Apparently, Khloe Kardashian is having a hard time realizing that her baby daddy Tristan Thompson might not be the best man for her. This all comes after reports that say Tristan fathered a child with Maralee Nichols, who is currently suing the NBA star for child support and pregnancy-related fees. Here’s what you need to know.
Even though this isn’t Tristan’s first cheating scandal, some people believe that Khloe hasn’t really given up on her quest to have a picture-perfect family with him. She’s also having a tough time accepting his paternity drama, for better or for worse.
Khloe Kardashian Is Struggling To Realize That Tristan Thompson Might Not Be The Best Man For Her
“Khloé is really struggling with what’s happening with Tristan,” a source says. “This time that he was unfaithful has been much harder than the previous times. She really wants the relationship to work and she has been devastated.”
“She’s leaning heavily on Kris all of the time. But Kris wants Khloé and Tristan to be in a good place so she’s encouraging Khloé to keep the lines of communication open,” the source continues. “[Khloé] wanted the fairytale life with him and she’s so upset,” the source adds. “People around here have never seen her so down and are so thankful she has her mother there who has barely left her side.”
Back in December, it was reported that Tristan’s Texas paternity suit against Maralee Nichols, which he filed against her in response to her suit against him in California had been dismissed by a judge.
Tristan might have been two steps ahead of his alleged baby mama in this case because even though Maralee filed in California, he filed his own suit against her, stating that she owned property in Houston.
“Regardless of whether any act of conception occurred in Texas that could have led to the conception of the child, [Thompson and Nichols allegedly] had a lengthy relationship spanning multiple states,” Us Weekly’s source explained.
