Justin Bieber has allegedly cut ties with rapper Kanye West following the latter’s social-media attack against his wife, Hailey Bieber.

This all came to a head following the controversy which emerged after Kanye wore his ‘White Lives Matter’ top. During the course of that process, Hailey had allegedly defended Vogue editor Gabriella Karefa-Johnson’s criticism of the rapper for wearing that slogan.
In her comments at the time, she said: “My respect for you runs deep my friend,” to which Kanye replied: “Wait Am I canceled again??? Justin [Bieber] please let me know.”
Despite Hailey failing to acknowledge Kanye by name, the rapper took those words to heart. And in order to defend his spouse who has stood by him for so long, in particular during his Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, it appears that Justin has decided to choose his wife at the expense of any friendship with Ye.
A source told TMZ the following: “They’re obviously hurt by Kanye’s attacks — especially since they were there for him in 2020 when he was going through a tough time in his life — traveling to Wyoming to visit him at his ranch.”
That was not the only thing that caused a rift, though. Kanye had taken things to a personal level when he bashed Hailey’s appearance. And in the process of doing so, he suggested that she may have had a nose job.
While Hailey has allegedly denied doing anything of the sort, the comments did run deep. Kanye had stated: “[He called her] Nose job Hailey Baldloose. [He told Justin] Get your girl before I get mad. You spose to be my friend right.”
Ultimately, if Kanye continues to speak out like this against anyone who differs from him, then there is a risk that he burns further bridges. And a time when his personal life is not in the best place, as shown by his grievances with Kim Kardashian over their co-parenting, that is not a good look.
