JoJo Siwa has expanded on her recent TikTok that described Candace Cameron Bure as the ‘rudest celebrity’ she ever met.

The video instantly went viral with over 14 million views, as people began to speculate why JoJo had said such a thing. It soon transpired that during the course of the premiere for Candace’s sitcom, ‘The Fuller House,’ JoJo’s request to have a picture with Candice was turned down.
And as JoJo was 11 at the time, coupled with accusations that Candace began to take pictures with other people, it did not sit very well with the star. And now JoJo wanted to set the record straight over exactly what went down.
In an interview with Page Six, she said: “You know, I had a rough experience when I was little. I was 11, and I was a big, big fan, and I wanted to take a picture with her, and it wasn’t a good time for her.”
Nevertheless, things have been patched up since then. Candace came out on social media and apologised for any offence she may have caused. In addition, JoJo admitted that with time, her perception of the event had changed.
There were a whole host of reasons as to why Candace may not have taken the picture. With that being said, JoJo wanted to make sure that people did not question Candace’s character as a result.
She added: “I will say because I had a bad experience, that doesn’t mean that she is an awful human. I think it just was an inconvenient time for her, and little 11-year-old me was just so pumped up and so excited, but that doesn’t mean she’s the worst human ever.”
