J Lo and Ben Affleck are not only set to take the next step in their relationship and move in with one another, they are prepared to drop some serious coin on a palatial home to do it.
‘Againnifer’ have just put down a cool $50 million (plus) on a spectacular 20,000 square foot estate in Bel-Air. It’s presumed the pair will be wanting to blend the families as the mansion boasts 10 bedrooms- more than enough for JLo’s twins (with Mark Anthony)- 14 year old Emme and Max to cohabitate with Ben’s three kids (with Jennifer Garner)- 16 year old Violet, 13 year old Seraphina and 10 year old Samuel.

Heck, there’s even room for Ben’s bestie, Matt Damon to move on in. It’s doubtful anyone would actually notice as there are also 17 bathrooms, multiple kitchens, a theatre, gym and pool etc, along with gorgeous city views, all tucked away behind a private forest!
The purchase is not a done deal yet and word is the pair have offered well under the $65 million listing price to current owner, Texas billionaire, Todd Lemkin- a hedge fund manager.
With the reunited couple purchasing property together, all eyes are on Jen’s hand, waiting to see a big, fat rock to appear. Ben did propose to Jen with a 6-carat pink diamond with smaller white diamonds on the sides back in 2002, only 5 months after they went official (Jen divorced husband number 2, Chris Judd the same month Bennifer was born).
As we all know, the two did not make it down the aisle 2 decades ago, but all signs are pointing toward wedding bells happening for real this time. Then again, with Jen, it never seems to be a done deal. If she and Ben do get engaged this will be the 6th time she has been proposed to.
Three of those engagements have culminated in marriages- 2 short-lived- with Ojani Noa from 1997–1998 and Cris Judd from 2001–2003. Jen and Mark Anthony stuck it out a little longer. They were married for almost ten years between 2004–2014.
Jen did not make it down the aisle with Ben Affleck (yet) though they were set to marry in 2003 or in her most recent relationship with New York Yankee, Alex ‘A-Rod’ Rodriguez, though they were set to marry in June 2020.
