In a not-so-surprising move, Jeffree Star has expanded his cosmetics line – or rather formed a whole new company, he says – in order to make a brand new product and that is Jeffree Star Skin. Of course he’s going to sell it on the Jeffree Star Cosmetics website, but he did emphasize that the skin care division is an entirely new company, so there’s that.
The ad, which had Jeffree sporting an entirely new, short hot pink ‘do, had him looking every bit Lord Voldemort in a milk bath, it seems that he has shaved off his eyebrows again unless this was filmed before they grew back in which is an entire possibility.
Jeffree Star has skin care now?
He says that the skin care line has been in the works for literally years, and from what we can see the makeup remover looks like it might be a real winner considering how quickly it removed everything.
Although, granted, Jeffree was just wearing simple eye makeup to test said product so we don’t know how it would stand up against, say, a full drag makeover, that might take a few passes with the makeup remover balm to get completely off – or maybe I’m just underestimating how awesome the product is, we’re not sure, we’re just going by what we see in the video.
Jeffree says that his products have all kinds of extracts in them, like strawberry, and mushroom, raspberry, jojoba, and even red algae, he says it all smells amazing and we believe him. There seems to be a lot of strawberry scented things in his collection, so if you’re not a fan then it may not be the formula for you.
Not to worry though, he says he has a ton of different formulas that he can’t wait to share in the future, but for right now he’s just doing a basic formula that everyone can use… according to Jeffree.
One claim that Jeffree Star didn’t make about his skin care product line is any sort of blue light protection, you know, the kind that got influencer Valkyrae cancelled and got Addison Rae so much flack from her fanbase, then again, Jeffree is experienced enough to know that those claims are probably a scam and wouldn’t even bother acknowledging such things.
Though, to be honest it would have been really entertaining to watch old, tea-filled Jeffree drag some people for falling for it. Oh well. Stay tuned!!!
