Reality Star Kristin Cavallari and her ex-husband, former Chicago Bears quarterback, Jay Cutler are reportedly being sued over their German Shepherd dog attacking a service technician.
Satellite and cable technician Nathan Beam has filed a lawsuit against Cavallari and Cutler. He is suing the couple for a cool $500,000 after the Tennessee homeowners did not restrain their large dogs when he was called to complete a service, and they attacked.

The claim states that in June 2020, Beam had completed an installation on the property but as he was preparing to leave one German Shepherd (believed to be named Kona) stood in front of his entry into the driver’s side of his truck. Beam then alleges the dog bit him on his left hand.
Cavallari’s assistant came out to the driveway but did not provide any assistance, other than to hand the bleeding technician a paper towel. Beam was instructed by the assistant to leave the property.
Beam insists he did nothing to provoke the large canine and believes the celebrity property owners, who were not home at the time of the dog attack, should be held responsible after failing to keep their dogs restrained during his scheduled visit.
Beam also purports that Cavallari is aware that her dogs can be aggressive. She has previously hashtagged Kona or his/her brother/sister on Instagram with #TrainedKiller and #DontMessWithThisCrew.
The $500, 000 sum he is suing for is to cover the damages he incurred including physical injuries and disfigurement, mental anguish and a loss in wages.
Neither Cavallari , who rose to fame on MTV’s Laguna Beach then The Hills or Cutler, who has retired from the NFL, have commented publicly on the lawsuit. The celebrity pair starred together on Kristin’s own reality show, Very Cavallari on E! and are now divorced. They share three children between them.
