Erin Oprea, who happens to be the personal trainer of Jana Kramer, has backed the latter to get over her impending divorce from Mike Caussin.
Jana Kramer’s Personal Trainer Has Backed Her To Get Over The Heartbreak From Her Divorce
Jana was left heartbroken from the decision to get a divorce, as she realised her relationship was no longer sustainable, as a consequence of Mike’s continual indefinitely. But her life since then has slowly begun to take a turn, with Jana adopting a more positive outlook. And this has been echoed by Erin. During an interview with Us Weekly, Erin said: “She’s gonna do good.
“It’s just a phase. [I tell her] you’re going to look back and think, ‘What the hell was I thinking?” Jana, for her part, has already started to make some drastic changes in her life. She recently underwent some plastic surgery on her breasts in order to show off her new look. Although she was criticised for showing off her cleavage to the whole world, that did not stop her from embracing it all.
In fact, she took it a step further. She hit back at her critics as she was seen partying in Miami on a girls trip during a dance party on a yacht. And yet, it is still too early to say whether this is the true Jana. She is naturally going to want to show that she has moved on. However, she has to be careful over not playing up to a particular image for the sake of the cameras.
Nevertheless, Erin has been pleased by her progress. She added: “She’s a sweetheart. I’m really proud of her.” In contrast, Mike has remained fairly quiet on the whole divorce. Even though he did admit that he made some huge mistakes, he had failed to heed Jana’s prior warnings when she stressed her desire to keep the family unit together.
Subsequently, he had been removed from the family home and visited his kids under the supervision of Jana. With the divorce process still ongoing, there is going to be plenty more to talk about once it is concluded. We will have to see how this will all play out.
