Jana Kramer has opened up on the difficulties she has been going through, ever since she decided to file for divorce against Mike Caussin.

Things were complicated by the fact that they worked together. And one of those projects included a podcast. But it seems Mike is no longer participating in it. In her return to the podcast, Jana broke down with tears as the thought of Mike no longer being there had gotten too much for her. She said: “I don’t even know if I want to do the show anymore.
“I’m completely honest. Once Mike came on as a guest…it just felt like ours, so now it feels weird not having him on here.” And the fall out from the break-up has been bigger than first thought. Jana has had to see a therapist to combat the trauma that she has gone through. It is hardly surprising, though, given the string of controversies that had plagued their relationship.
Mike’s continual acts of cheating no longer made the relationship tenable. However, Jana’s desire to fight until the end has left her with more pain. She added: “I didn’t want this. At the end of the day, like, I think … I’m embarrassed that this is how it ended, and then I also feel like I’ve let people down. … I thought we were good.”
That was not the only thing that hit the headlines. It transpired that Mike had a massive sex addiction, which went on to explain why he continued to cheat on Jana for so long. This had a long-lasting effect on Jana, but not in the manner that you may have expected. It turns out that Jana has now been suffering from the same problem.
And she has been left wondering what to do. She continued: “I told my therapist…I feel like now I’m the addict. I’ve never touched a drug before, but that’s what it feels like, where I’m just like, ‘I need it.’… I don’t even know what the healthy version [of a relationship] looks like anymore.”
It is very distressing to see Jana being in such a bad shape. She will need all her friends around her to make sure that she is ok.
