Jamie, for her part, is a mother to two children. But since Maddie is her eldest daughter, Jamie could not help but provide her with support. And by the looks of it, the event went down rather well. In the pictures here, we can see Jamie standing alongside Maddie.
They have massive smiles on their faces and could not be any happier. The post was captioned by the following comments: “When ya find out ya have an extra day off work, so ya load up the toddler, drive 7 hours, & get to surprise your oldest for Homecoming weekend.
“Nothing else I’d rather do & Nowhere else I’d rather be.” Nevertheless, Maddie was not fully on board with what her mother had to say. The duo allegedly had disagreements over the outfit that they should have won. There was a particular focus on the type of footwear, which became a source of contention.
In another image here, we can see Jamie wearing some white fluffy slippers. But rather than this being something Jamie wanted to wear, the star admitted that she was trying to get Maddie to wear them.
However, once that did not go down well, Jamie decided to go ahead and wear them anyway to make a statement. Her following comments confirmed as much: “She wasn’t into it, which was when I decided to embarrass her a bit & wear them while we took their pics [because] I’m petty.”
The fans on social media had nothing but positive words to say about Jamie and her daughter. A significant proportion of them were delighted to see the duo looking well. One person wrote: “Two beauties!! Love y’all!! Maddie b you look stunning.”
