In fact, the Hollywood star was spotted looking pretty furious outside her lawyer’s office, where she apparently had a meeting over the custody of her children and her assets. According to Page Six, Tori Spelling was spotted screaming into her phone outside an attorney’s office in Los Angeles. She was carrying a notepad that showed a discussion about custody, support, and assets.
Is Tori Spelling Getting A Divorce From Dean McDermott?
While Tori herself is yet to make any comments about the matter, she hasn’t been seen or photographed with her husband Dean in several months. What’s more, Dean was forced to fend off the rumors about their marital woes back in September.
While on the Feminine Warrior podcast, Dean said, “It’s just weird that people need to know. What’s going on with Tori and Dean? She’s not wearing her ring.’ Why do you need to know that? How is that going to affect your day?”
In replying to the speculation, the actor added, “I don’t reply anymore. It’s just like, ‘OK, if that’s what you want to think, then think it.’”
Over the summer, reports suggested that Dean was too broke to pull the plug on his marriage. Dean was hoping to file for divorce by the end of the summer, but had a giant stack of bills that he needed to take care of first.
One source close to the situation told The Sun: “Tori and Dean are totally stuck together right now. Neither of them can afford to go through divorce proceedings. Right now divorce isn’t on the horizon because they can’t swing it financially. They are in a living nightmare.”
