Insiders have revealed the real reason Britney Spears decided to rekindle her relationship with ex-felon Paul Soliz.
A source explained to Daily Mail that the pop princess was initially torn over “accusations” that Soliz is a “deadbeat dad.”
Britney And Paul Admitted They Were Back Together On Valentine’s Day
Apparently, Britney is head over heels in love with Paul, despite his extensive criminal record. The source claimed Soliz makes Britney “the center of his world.”
The source explained,
“Britney felt like Sam ignored her and was never present. He was always playing video games, and she felt he never really wanted to spend time with her unless it was for a social media post or if he needed some help getting an audition.”
Britney Spears and Paul Soliz admitted they were back together after being seen together on Valentine’s Day. They were also spotted together with two of his kids at the Lily Pad Playground in the San Fernando Valley.
The two of them met when he was hired to perform household tasks and maintenance for the legendary pop star.
The “Baby One More Time” singer officially split from Sam Asghari in August 2023. She started seeing Soliz and spent a lot of time with him and his kids.
Many of Britney’s friends are worried about her relationship with Soliz, but she constantly defends him and their romance. Everyone in her circle is said to despise Paul, and Britney is warned against seeing him.
Soliz, who has nine children, has custody of three of them. His ex-wife, Nicole Mancilla, filed for divorce and called him a “deadbeat dad.”
Soliz’s criminal resume includes felony firearm possessions, disturbing the peace, and multiple misdemeanors. In 2014, he was charged with child endangerment. In 2016, he was convicted of driving without a license, and the list goes on and on.
Britney Spears Gushes Over The Attention She Receives From Soliz
The “Toxic” hitmaker doesn’t care and insists Soliz makes her happy. However, it has been reported that they have had several significant fights.
Soliz and Spears got into a massive public altercation at the Chateau Marmont in May 2024. The couple had been drinking heavily.
Britney was seen doing cartwheels outside her room. The former teen icon sparked mental health concerns as she was later spotted barefoot and topless outside the hotel.
She later claimed she twisted her ankle dancing in her room. An ambulance was called due to a public disturbance. She didn’t get into the ambulance and left with her security team.
While these arguments are par for the course of the couple, Britney gushes over the attention Soliz gives her.
She obviously craves attention, which the numerous Instagram videos of Britney dancing suggestively in her underwear prove.
Britney Spears recently paid her father, Jamie Spears’ legal fees as a portion of the legal agreement over a dispute about her thirteen-year-long conservatorship. The agreement kept Britney from having to testify in court and prevented another media circus.
Hopefully, Spears’ toxic (pun intended) romance with Soliz will end before she ends up in another situation beyond her control.
Her downfall appears to be “bad boys,” as she clearly has a weakness for them. Britney’s relationship with Soliz is a trainwreck waiting to happen.
