Hulu’s ‘Eye Exam’ takes the ordinary and boring and makes it extremely unnerving! In this horror short from Hulu’s Bite Size Halloween series, a woman finds a free eye exam ad and decides to go to the office for her check-up. However, while waiting in her seat, she sees a frightened man run out of the exam room and outside.
She doesn’t think too much of it and goes in, but what comes next will make you very uneasy. Take a look at the short below that was uploaded with the following description,

Hulu’s ‘Eye Exam’ Short Horror Film – You’ll Never Want To Go To The Eye Doctor Again
The beauty of horror is that the creators take the mundane and make them terrifying. We all go to the eye doctor, but now you may have some nightmares. What did the lady see? Were they cyclops? Were they aliens? What were the going to do with eyes and how didn’t they know she was lying? There are so many questions that we can ask ourselves, but that’s the beauty of these shorts, we can fill in the blanks ourselves.
I think those monsters were interdimensional, or similar to the cenobites from ‘Hellraiser’ that only appear when someone summons them. What do you think?
