It was a real shouting match between these two royal brothers. There’s a new report that says Prince Harry certainly didn’t hold back after his brother Prince William raised concerns about his relationship with Meghan Markle while the two of them were still dating back in 2016. Things got so heated that the Duke of Sussex apparently told his brother to back off. Here’s what you need to know.
According to Christopher Andersen in his new book, “Brothers and Wives: Inside the Private Lives of William, Kate, Harry, and Meghan” Harry was left upset after William told him that he was rushing things with the former Hollywood actress.
Here’s What Really Happened In The Nasty Fight Between Prince William And Prince Harry
Andersen put it this way in his book, “Prince Harry was so incensed when his older brother, Prince William, questioned his fast-moving romance with Meghan Markle that he blurted out, ‘Who the hell do you think you are?’”
He continued, “The alleged outburst in September 2017 happened when Harry indicated that he was about to propose to his American girlfriend, prompting William to ask, ‘Why rush things?’”
To make matters worse, both Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton were hoping that Harry would settle down with a “proper English rose.” They also became concerned by the headlines that Meghan’s father Thomas Markle and the rest of her estranged family were making at the time.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, the book claims, were particularly “alarmed” by the caustic public warnings of the Markle family. Needless to say, Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the allegations.
