‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers loved that there was a pretty cool watershed moment this week as Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) faced the potential end to his career when the hospital had the chance to accept a settlement and leave him to flounder.
It was set up as an easy way out for the hospital as Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monica_Quartermaine ) and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) had to figure out if they’d let Finn fight the accusations alone or not.
It was a drawn out scene with Tracy making it sound like he was toast when they told Finn their decision, but in the end they decided to fully support him, and now things will get interesting.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers expected this storyline to end a couple of ways, with one being Finn being written off the show in a surprise twist with his career in ruins, or he’d find a way to reinvent himself and go into another career or rehabilitate his image.
But now that Monica and Tracy have decided that General Hospital will stand behind him, it looks like he’s safe for now.
They’re still going against Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) and she rarely loses, so things will get pretty interesting before too long.
Of course, there’s also the issue with the two defending lawyers not seeing eye to eye on a few things.

Monica and Tracy are putting the history and future of General Hospital on the line to back Finn, and while that’s the right thing to do, it could cost them.
There will be the usual bad PR and other news bites that’ll paint them in a bad light, but we think they’ll pull it out in the end and the hospital and Finn will be fine.
What has us wondering about how well things will go is the hospital’s lawyer doesn’t agree with their decision.
To be fair, her job is to offer and implement the best defense possible for the hospital, which in this case was to settle and let Finn face the full brunt on the accusations and trial all on his own.
We expect there to be some continued tension between the hospital’s lawyer and Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) as their lawyer could try to go out on her own to still put the blame on Finn.
