‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers suggest that Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Blaze (aka Allison Rogers, played by Jacqueline Grace Lopez) may not share the same opinion about Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) dating Natalia Rogers Ramirez (Eva LaRue).
General Hospital Spoilers: Blaze And Her Mother Are Worried About Her Career
Natalia’s views on homosexuality are archaic. After that recording of Natalia and Ava’s conversation became public, the two girls may find it more difficult to stick together.
Blaze wasn’t ready to come out. In fact, she made Kristina agree to keep their relationship secret. If you recall, they held hands in public one day, and Blaze instinctively pulled away.
“Alli” may be seething with anger toward her mother right now. However, when the dust settles, the two of them are still family.
Ultimately, Blaze wants her mother’s approval, and that’s likely why it took her so long to come out to Natalia. Blaze listened to her mother’s advice and buried her relationship with Kristina.
She was always concerned with her career. She didn’t want to take the chance of revealing her sexual identity for fear that her fans wouldn’t accept it.
Kristina may have agreed to keep the relationship in the closet. However, deep down, she was hurt by Blaze’s implication that Krissy didn’t want to acknowledge publicly that she was her girlfriend.
Kristina also knew since she first met Natalia that she was not thrilled with the idea of gay people. In a recent encounter with Blaze’s mom, Natalia showed her true colors.
Natalia asked Kristina to break things off with Alli. She thought it would hurt her career for her to date another woman. Kristina was shocked but didn’t react significantly; if she did, she kept it hidden well.
General Hospital Spoilers: Natalia Wanted Kristina To Break Up With Blaze
Kristina never told her father that Natalia wanted her to break up with Blaze, but perhaps she should. After the recording, Kristina may not admit that she doesn’t trust Natalia and is committed to making it work with Blaze.
But Natalia could be a significant problem for them. Blaze will eventually forgive her mother, but Kristina won’t soon forget her harsh words.
Over time, she may come to resent Sonny for dating her girlfriend’s mom, especially when the mom speaks about her community, the LGBTQ community, in such a negative manner.
This reveal could affect Blaze and Kristina’s careers. The two young ladies could break up in the end because Kristina won’t be able to get past what Natalia said, and she won’t want her with Sonny. The two parents are on the verge of hooking up.
Natalia’s blooming relationship with Sonny is a painful reminder that Blaze wouldn’t even hold Kristina’s hand in public.
It’s also a reminder that even though Blaze cares very much for Krissy, she also knows Natalia made it look like Blaze is ashamed of being gay. And that could weigh heavily on her.
Not to mention, if Kristina is honestly thinking about trying to get custody of the child she’s carrying for Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and T.J. Ashford (Tajh Bellow), she may reconsider their relationship altogether, as Kristina wants a stable home for the baby.
