    ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for the week of August 21st reveal Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) is in way over her head. Not that we feel bad about that, of course. Meanwhile, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) turns to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). Here’s what you need to know.

    First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Anna recently suffered a terrible loss when her townhouse was burned to the ground by an arsonist.

    According to the teaser in the weekly promo, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will try to help Anna make sense of what happened. But a clip in the promo makes it seem as though it doesn’t do her much good.

    So, we saw last week that Anna had a lot of reason to suspect Valentin of something shady. Not only did he never make it to ELQ the night of the fire, but she caught him in a lie about some papers Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) delivered. It looked like she was going to confront Valentin, but she ended up not going there.

    However, she hasn’t let go of what she learned. She’ll meet with Dante this week to talk about the situation. He’ll wonder why Valentin would lie and she’ll respond she thinks it has something to do with Pikeman.

    Whatever Valentin is actually up to here, we think this will be the end of any relationship between the two. And it’ll probably leave Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) as the lone Cassadine man standing.

    Well, as far as keeping clean is concerned. We just don’t see Valentin walking away from this whole thing without ending up in a huge legal mess. Which we’re also expecting to impact Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

    Finally, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) has been suffering horribly in Ferncliff. And it’s only going to get worse.

    So bad, in fact, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) will be horrified and demand to know what Dr. Damon Montague (Darin Toonder) has been doing. Which is, of course, drugging her. We think she picked a fine time to start caring what happens to Sasha.

    She knew he was giving Sasha a med that was designed to make her unstable and ruin her chances of getting out of the guardianship. She knew things went way too far when Sasha stabbed Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), thinking he was Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). And that she was institutionalized.

    Now she’s going to be concerned over what’s happening? We think she thought about that way too late. As usual, Gladys has gotten herself in over her head.

    The not-so-good doctor will want money to stop what he’s started, and Gladys will be shocked. Seriously? She should have seen that coming. Maybe she’s the one who needs a guardian…
