As many fans already know, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) hasn’t been very honest with her husband, Sonny. That’s because she’s been keeping a very vital secret away from him. To make matters even worse, he’s been keeping this secret with his ex, Jax. They both know that Nikolas Cassadine is alive and well but unfortunately the rest of Port Charles doesn’t, including Sonny. This of course is going to lead towards some major trouble for Sonny and Carly in the near future.

Speaking to ABC Soaps in Depth in a new interview, actor Maurice Benard, who plays Sonny Corinthos on the hit soap, says he knows Jax is a threat. He puts it this way, “I don’t know that he’s care so much that Nikolas is alive. Sonny just cares that Carly’s keeping something from him with Jax. That gets him. There’s nothing that gets him more pissed off than that.”
Seeing how Carly did do the dirty deed with Jax the last time he was in town, Sonny might do more than deport him this time around. He’s even now called one of his “fixers” to protect his wife. Maurice further explained, “Obviously, Jax is a big threat, because Sonny’s very defensive about it. If I had to be honest, I don’t think Carly is into Jax. I think it’s Sonny’s own jealousy that blows it up even more!”
